Dear Solera Residents,

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) updated its face covering guidance on 7/28/21 to align with the most recent CDC recommendations.

The following is a summary of the recent updates per CDPH:

  • In California, unvaccinated persons continue to be required to wear masks in all indoor public settings.
  • The CDPH is currently recommending that fully vaccinated people also mask in indoor public settings across California. Fully vaccinated people might choose to wear a mask in indoor non-public settings, particularly if they are immunocompromised or at increased risk for severe disease from COVID-19, or if they have someone in their household who is immunocompromised, at increased risk of severe disease, not fully vaccinated, or not yet eligible for vaccination.

The safety and welfare of Solera residents is very important, but the Association cannot guarantee anyone’s safety from the virus. With that in mind, residents are asked to exercise good judgment and consideration of others when using the recreational facilities. The Association cannot guarantee that others who use the Clubhouse or other Association amenities are vaccinated, or that others are using all necessary precautions to avoid transmission of the virus. Residents should consider their health condition and the amount of risk they are willing to accept.

Sincerely,

Solera Oak Valley Greens Board of Directors
